Totally new to this thanks in advance, here is the console:
I am trying to use hot module reloading with the angular-cli but I get that error in the console whenever I save a file.

@Brocco True I'll edit the question, but I'll tell you here too. I'm just trying to run hot module reloading with angular-cli. When I save a file it I get that message in the console. – Jason McNamara Feb 09 '17 at 13:30
