To pass multiple phone numbers (for example, stored in the NSArray you mentioned), enumerate the list of phone numbers and call
-[CXCallDirectoryExtensionContext addBlockingEntryWithNextSequentialPhoneNumber:]
passing each number to the system. Bear in mind, the phone numbers must be sorted in numerically ascending order.
