Create a web log for Internet access

Question

I have a computer with Internet access to the network by using a LAN proxy . I want to provide access when opening the browser will display the login menu if the login is successful then it could access the internet. Whether it can be done ? I know can be done if using proxy with hotspot network.

I guess you are looking for is a captive portal.

I don't have much experience with them but you could look into packetfence, wifidog or chillispot.
