If I have multiple Java-based configuration files for multiple bean context, like Security Context and Persistence Context in Spring, which I import to Root Context using @Import, does is matter in which order I do the import and in which configuration I scan for Components Autowired to those configuration files?
I'm certain, Spring will instantiate and initalize everything before autowiring anything to infrastructure components, but autowiring to configuration makes me concerned, as the autowiring happens before the whole context creation is done. May this kind of autowiring raise dependency issues, or will Spring still handle everything?

I'm also not sure if those configure methods are called after configuration have been autowired.

Seems like importing persistence configuration to security configuration solved the problem, as UserServiceobject hierarchy is dependent of EntityManager. I guess that answers my own question, but I still want a detailed answer about configuration dependencies.

I managed to break it again (circular dependency), managed to solve it the hard way after many hours of trial and error, and wanted to save you from the same mistake, so here is valuable piece of information: double check you're not accidentally component scanning the configuration package, as Spring treats @Configuration as a bean definition, and this is source of all possible circular dependency problems
