com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Error during saving a multipart message

Question

I am using Spring Integration and using WS:OUTBOUNDGATEWAY to call a web service. I am running my application using Spring Boot. While ws outbound gateway trying to call the web service, the below exception is coming. Need help

The simple Google search for your SAAJ0540: Error during saving a multipart message says me that your issue is like this:

Java 1.6 ships with SAAJ 1.3, JAXB 2.0, and JAXP 1.4 (a custom version of Xerces and Xalan). Overriding these libraries by putting different version on the classpath will result in various classloading issues, or exceptions in org.apache.xml.serializer.ToXMLSAXHandler. The only option for using more recent versions is to put the newer version in the endorsed directory

Just upgrade your Xalan and Xerces.

Thanks Artem. I am using jdk1.7.0.0_55. Also I am using spring boot to run this application and not sure where is the tomcat where I can endsored.Also When I am running my application from STS using run as->grrovy script then it is running fine, not sure why – Sunil Dutta Mar 15 '16 at 18:39
Well, in my past I had a lot of issue with SAAJ. The Axiom with Spring WS worked for me well independently if the target platform. – Artem Bilan Mar 15 '16 at 18:40
the dependency for SAAJ1.3 is having the scope as provided So it should relies on java 1.7 – Sunil Dutta Mar 15 '16 at 18:48
If you aren't going to follow with my Axiom advice, just go to the Google and try to figure out why your SAAJ doesn't allow you to handle those messages. – Artem Bilan Mar 15 '16 at 19:16
