I want to upload a file with paperclip to amazon AWS S3.
Running a Rails 4.2 app on debian
But I got this error:
ERROR ArgumentError: could not find a temporary directory
how can I fix this?

Is there a /tmp directory in the filesystem? Does your webserver have permission to write to it? – Jess Jan 06 '16 at 17:08

yes in the root of the projectfolder. I set chmode 0777 to it ..., should I set for a subfolder two? – Felix Jan 06 '16 at 17:10
