I am new to Demandware and I don't know how to use dynamic forms in Demandware
I know basic form framework which has xml meta data file which contain all form fields and binding
please help me

Hi. Welcome to this site! Please show us the most minimal example of what you want. As it is right now, you are basically asking for a `hello world` example. Look at the official channels for that.
