Python. install setuptools on HP-UX

Question

I have to install setuptools on HP-UX machine. I haven't pip or other packets manager installed. (I tried to install pip but it require setuptools). On the machine there is only python 2.7 and for security reason i haven't access to internet from this machine

I downloaded tar here

when i try to install it, i get these errors:

EDIT. SOLVED! Manual installation is badly commented

Solution is to execute these commands in sequence:

 python setup.py clean
 python setup.py build
 python setup.py install
