Why needed PointerTracker and KeyEventHandler class

I'm developing in LatinKeyboard. Can anybody please explain what this method does ?

This is a pointerTracker class why need PointerTracker class and keyEventHandler Interface in LatinIME.

public class PointerTracker { public interface KeyEventHandler { 

    }
