header udf.h not working for creating a udf for fluent

Question

I am trying to create a user defined function udf for use in fluent ansys. Physics involved- i wanna get UDF- user defined function to get the following velocity profile for the body in ANSYS fluent- same velocities as piston motion stuff- for combustion test in fluent ANSYS software. The following is my code:

The above code is showing error related to udf.h , can u suggest possible changes needed in either code. As I am mechanical background I am not expert in coding in C++. The following were error shos- the udf.h is trouble:

I also tried copying all headers .h file from C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v150\fluent\fluent15.0.7\src and saved it local folder in home, but it shows error related to header files - so i think we cannot change header file from directory location

The issue is that struct lock is declared but never defined. You should add #include <sys/lock.h>.

You could take a look at ftp.stu.edu.tw/BSD/OpenBSD/src/sys/isofs/udf/udf_vfsops.c for a full example.

Pl help me to figure out how the udf.h and its headers will be opened freely by the Visual studio 13. I am unable to move in project due to this fluent header issue.. – Sanjeet Limbu Mar 24 '15 at 14:14
Hi Sanjeet, on the Solution Explorer, look for Source Files under your application. Right-click -> Add -> Existing Item... and then select all the files you want to import in your project. I am sorry, I cannot be more detailed because I don't use Visual Studio.
