I am using TDS 5.1.0.3 version. I need to know , how to create the incremental package through TDS? Am aware about to create full package using Deploy option in TDS and install it using  /sitecore/admin/UpdateInstallationWizard.aspx 

But it is possible to create the incremental package of changed set of items.

Help will be highly appreciated.

It's currently not possible with TDS, although it is something which they are currently working on. You would need to use Sitecore Courier to create a difference package between target and source serialized files (i.e. versions control tags/branches).
