"Failed to execute tools\android.bat: The system cannot find the file specified."
I've been beating my head up against the wall for a couple of days trying to fix this problem.
I'm running windows 8.1, with both 32bit & 64bit versions of jdk1.7.0_71 and the android SDK. All of my environment variables have been set as well, many times. From the command prompt, when I type "where java" it shows the correct path.
All spaces have been removed from the paths.
Here are the current path variables:
JAVA_HOME C:\Java\jdk1.7.0_71
ANDROID_HOME C:\android\sdk

Again from the command prompt, when I navigate to the tools directory of the sdk and then type "android.bat", this is the message that I receive:
I can also call find_java.exe from the prompt and it will show me the correct path.
EDIT: FINALLY!!!! After modifying the final call of the android.bat, I was able to get the SDK Manager to launch from the command prompt. Double clicking the SDK Manager still doesn't work though.
