After installing Feeds Excel Parser and Feeds XLS, I get the error 

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 
'sites/default/libraries/PHPExcel/PHPExcel/IOFactory.php' (include_path='.;C:\xampp\php\PEAR') in
