How to build task 'minitest'

Question

I'm trying to run minitest.
I followed a few videos on how to get it running, but none of them seem to get me around this message

Don't know how to build task 'minitest'

I think I must be missing a step or gem or something that the videos don't account for. But I don't have a clue what step that is..

Move minitest-rails out of the test group in your Gemfile. The rake tasks are defined in that gem and are not available because you aren't in the test environment when you run rake.
