IP URL but maintaining the first server's URL name

I have a website lendyourbrain.org that links to a registration page on another website brainresearch.org.

I want the URL to stay the same while the visitor completes the registration on the other site. After successful registration, we'll send the user back to a success page on the original domain.

The URLs in question are lendyourbrain.org/register and the registration page url is brainresearch.org/donor-registration.

What is the best way to achieve this?
