I tried to uninstall and reinstall xampp 3 times. But everytime it doesn't delete the databases shown in the left area of the screen:

When I click on database ... the Loading-dialog is displayed all the time ... nothing happens

  • Don't use generic titles like " doesn't work". You'll never find an answer to your problem. Instead, google the exact error message and you'll get several pages of people running into your exact problem. StackOverflow even pointed you in the right direction if you used the error message for your title. – Mike B Oct 21 '13 at 13:46
