I want to develop a Google searcher for windows 7's start menu.

It means a widget for start menu to show Google search result for search pattern of start menu.

I don't know is it possible to do that(start menu's widget of something like that) or not. and if it's possible how can I do that. (I know how to get search results from google! and I want to show them in start menu)

*"I know how to get search results from google!"* Sure, but what have you found / tried thus far? – Dan J May 14 '12 at 19:39
  • @DanJ I just want to show search results in start menu. – ahmadali shafiee May 14 '12 at 19:41
  • I understand what you want to do, but please elaborate on what you've already tried - it isn't clear what, if any, parts of this question you've already explored. – Dan J May 14 '12 at 19:44
  • @DanJ: I have some code to search in google. It's not the problem. **my problem is this: I don't know how can I show the search result in start menu.** or a simple sample: I have code to calculate a+b and now I want when user searches a+b in windows 7's start menu, my program get active and show the result in start menu. – ahmadali shafiee May 14 '12 at 19:48
  • Do you have a widget that can list the hardcoded words "Fizz" and "Buzz" ? Or did you ever see in any product something that would remotely look like a widget, so we can better understand your question ? – ixe013 May 14 '12 at 21:08
  • @ixe013: I want to develop an application to show something in start menu. – ahmadali shafiee May 15 '12 at 03:09
