Currently working for an outsourced IT support company on first line support.

Previously worked as a network support engineer in a Cisco environment for a childrens hospital in London. Then moved on as Tier1/2 support engineer for a Cloud desktop support company working on a Citrix / Windows server environment.

Experience with basic Cisco networking, Windows server, Citrix, Exchange, Active-Directory, to name but a few. Also had hands on experience installing network equipment and setting up wireless networks (mainly Ruckus)

Keen interest in troubleshooting server and network issues, focusing on learning new issues and resolutions along with the route cause of the issue.
