I have 15+ years of software development experience and 10 years hands-on management experience in different software companies. Today, I am living in Istanbul and I am working remotely for a US based technology company as Software Operations Manager. I am in charge of managing software operations, like understanding customer expectations, managing cross-functional tech teams in order to provide expected solutions. During my professional experience, I had been deeply involved in software development such as web applications, windows applications, SaaS products and database administration and had also followed mobile technologies closely. In the companies I work for, I aim to resolve complex problems with best practices, increase quality for software applications, use resources more efficiently and enhance customer satisfaction with an innovative approach.
