While trying to download the backup file via API or GUI using the nsroot account which has the owner group, I get the bellow error: {"Not Authorized to perform this operation"}
Have checked the settings for the account and policies and all seems pretty ok, kindly assist how could I troubleshoot this issue as the Citrix documentation does not provide much information. Version of Citrix ADC SDX: 13.0: Build 64.35
