This is the very first time I am working with VMWare to configure a network so if I am doing something stupid feel free to correct me in any way.
I have created a VApp and a VM. The VM is running Linux (Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic). I logged in using the web console and it seems to run perfectly. The only issue is that there is no default network setup to connect to the internet.
I looked up a procedure to connect a VM to the internet and saw this guide. I follow this tutorial as best as I can because the UI is a bit different (maybe updated or something) but I was still able to create the VDC. The only issue is that I get the following error message after it is created:

different addressGroups. Vnic 0 ip assignments overlaps 103.2.241.1., error code 10041
I have tried to go ahead and set up the SNAT and DNAT rules as well as the firewall rules to allow inbound and outbound traffic on the machine but had no luck so far.
Any ideas?
