Using IBM i 7.4 and the latest PTF, how te enable the New Navigator after having disabled it (needed to temporarilu use the Heritage Navigator)?

Running under IBM i V7.4 and the latest ptf, I enabled the Old Navigator (using the instructions found in this document : https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/heritage-navigator-enable-and-disable-instructions), to continue using it for a while.

After disabling the Heritage Navigator to use the New One (using the instructions in the previous document, and this document : https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6570961) I can't start a session with the New Navigator. Every time I try it, I get this error message : ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

What am I missing ?
