How do I configure Dnsmasq or BIND multiple instances so that wildcard * BIND, or # for dnsmasq resolve to different IPs for different subnets?

I want * wildcard for BIND or better # for dnsmasq to resolve to DIFFERENT IP addresses depending on the subnet or interface over which the query came in. Like on interface a, all wildcards are 1.200 and on another interface B, all wildcards are on 2.200. PS:Not subdomain wildcards but full 100% wildcard. Like dnsmasq does with address=/#/192.168.1.100
