Deploying symfony 5 application to shared hosting with just FTP access

Question

I'm trying to deploy a Symfony web application on a server that only gives ftp access, without ssh possibilities, and I could only put files on two root folders: /data and /html folder. I'm trying to put the Symfony files inside de html folder but the htaccess that apache webpack creates doesn't work, only works on local and I'm getting a 500 error on screen. The log doesn't helps either, only generic 404 messages.

Any thoughts? I'm trying to follow instructions from another posts like this from @runawaycoin but no success: https://medium.com/@runawaycoin/deploying-symfony-4-application-to-shared-hosting-with-just-ftp-access-e65d2c5e0e3d

I put the .htaccess that the Symfony apache pack generates locally at the /html folder is supposed to be the only configuration.

Now I'm trying to put a simple index.php with a "hello" at doesn't work :(

The people from support only tells me that we only have /html folder and /data folder to work.
