My website keeps giving 522 connection timeout error. we contacted the cloudflare support team and found that there are some packet loss. because of which we are getting this error.

Can you please help me how can we resolve the packet loss issue and fix this problem asap.

  • Have you tried disabling Cloudflare's proxy feature for the DNS record and checked if the problem goes away or stays the same? By the looks of the trace your server is behind some rather horrible links, so I'd recommend changing hosting providers or complaining to your current one. – Stuggi Nov 23 '20 at 12:58
  • yes i checked by disabling the cloudflare proxy feature for the dns record but still the problem is not getting resolved. we are hosted on google cloud. – Web Hosting Nov 24 '20 at 04:55
