I have MS. But it doesn't stop me from enjoying life.

I love being outside and I love to garden. I do all of it by riding on my Hoveround so I am limited on what I can do and where I can go. But that doesn't stop me from trying to make my yard as beautiful as possible. I try to plant things like knock out roses because they are so easy to take care of. I also like things that keep blooming although I do love things that only make us happy for a little while, like Peonies and Lilacs. In my little garden I have Hydrangeas, hostas, wild and knock out roses. I usually add something new each year. Obviously, spring is my favorite time of year and I practically live outside until the weather starts to change in autumn. Another thing I love is the nature all around me like the squirrels and bunnies and all the beautiful birds and their songs. I have a lot of Cardinals and robins. I wish I was better at identifying all the different birds that hang out in my trees and someday I might work on that. I also have been collecting rocks for years. If it's pretty, I pick it up. I wish I knew a RockHound who could tell me what they are. Anyway, that's me - someone who enjoys being outside and all the lovely things that are gifted to me each day.
