Recently found out that I have several allergies to food and spices. They aren't life threatening, but i do feel much better when I avoid them. The allergies include, Brussel Sprouts, Buckwheat, cane Sugar, Cinnamon, Capsaicin, Mustard, Nutmeg, Rosemary, Turmeric, Cow's Milk, Dates Grapes, Raspberries, Pineapple, Scallops and Lamb. Im looking for alternatives to the spices.
