Cooking is a lifelong addiction that started when I was four.

I've worked in several restaurants in the US, owned a catering company for a couple of years but now get my cooking fix by running a kitchen for the Knights of Columbus. I also lead their cooking team when we auction off various high end meals.

My cooking passion is making pizza. My long term plan is to retire within 5 years from my current job and open a pizza truck.
