It makes me sad to see so many of my generation not knowing how to cook, I want a return to Home-ec in schools and believe every child needs fresh home cooked food.

Cooking is easy if you try. People are too critical of themselves. Roll up yours sleeves and create a taste sensation.

I've been cooking in restaurants for just over 20 years and have no formal qualifications in cooking. I'll give anyone a job in my kitchen. All I ask of you is; to be passionate about food, leave my knives alone, work clean and as hard as I do.
