Making the move from the Coast to the Country. We've been restoring a 100 year old sandstone bakery in a small country town - and building this next phase of our life. Mustard making has been a long time part of my home skills, but now as a small commercial venture it's a revelation. Everybody makes jams and pickles for the markets, nobody seems to make mustard and it's very popular. A new journey is underway and I'm open to all the good advice I can get.
