Hello, my name is Patrick Graham.

I am an amateur cook. I took an interest in cooking at age 24 when I headed out on my own. I took this interest because, not only did I need to eat to survive, but I intended not to be a part of the stereotype of men in which we are portrayed as clueless in the kitchen.

Hollywood director Robert Rodriquez said a couple things about cooking that inspired me when I heard them.

1. "You're gonna have to eat for the rest of your life, so why not eat well?"
2. "Not knowing how to cook is like not knowing how to f***."

In addition, I adopted the Paleo diet and the Primal lifestyle one year ago. This enhanced my interest in cooking.

I will give what advice I can, and I look forward to the advice I will get!
