Fudge didn't set after doing it twice

I cooked the fudge and it didn't set. I recooked it to the temperature it was suggested but I think I added too much cream when I recooked it. It's the consistency of soft caramel after letting it set overnight. What can I do?

Fudge recipe called for evaporated milk and not condensed milk. I mixed evaporated milk, chocolate chips, and pecans and heated to melt chocolate. Mixture is too soupy. How can I fix to make Fudge or to make brownies?
