Help with the temp on my crock pot
My Rival Crock Pot doesn't have a high / low (word wise) setting, it only shows me one line or two. I've misplaced my manual and can't for the life of me remember which is high and which is low...any help would be great.

Is it safe to make chicken stock, forgot to turn crock pot on!
I cooked a whole chicken in the crockpot today and then put all of the veggies/herbs in to make stock from the bones. I just realized I forgot to turn it on for the stock and it's 5.5 hours later. Is it be unsafe to make the stock at this point?

Another crockpot error
I accidentally set my crockpot, with raw chicken and broth, on warm for a little less than one hour. I read answers to a similar question, but since this is chicken and only for 1 hour, I thought I'd ask if it's likely okay or not.
