Zen 5 is the codename for an upcoming CPU microarchitecture by AMD, shown on their roadmap in May 2022, destined for a release in the second half of 2024. It is the successor to Zen 4 and is believed to use TSMC's 4 nm and 3 nm processes. It will power high-end mobile processors (codenamed "Strix Point"), and Epyc 9005 server processors (codenamed "Turin"). Desktop processors are codenamed "Granite Ridge". It is unknown whether these will use Ryzen 8000 or Ryzen 9000 naming.
