Zalingei
Zalingei or Zalinjay (Arabic: زالنجي) is a town in Western Sudan, and is capital of the RSF-occupied state of Central Darfur. As of 2009 it had an estimated population of 27,258.

The town was captured during clashes in late July to August ending the long siege the town had endured along with the fall of the state of Central Darfur.
