Wulfnoth Cild
Wulfnoth Cild ([wuɫf.noːθ t͡ʃiɫd]; died c. 1014) was a South Saxon thegn who is regarded by historians as the probable father of Godwin, Earl of Wessex, and thus the grandfather of King Harold II.
