Programming is simulcast in the Skowhegan / Farmington areas on WQSK (97.5 FM) in Madison, which was formerly part of Fox Sports Maine. And in the Mid Coast area, WKSQ is simulcast on WQSS (102.5 FM) in Camden, which formerly offered its own adult contemporary format.
As of January 2024, this is the current on-air schedule: In morning drive time, from 6am to 10am, WKSQ carries The Bob and Sheri Show syndicated from WKQC-FM Charlotte. In middays, from 10am to 3pm, it's local DJ Mandy Exly - featuring the All Request Kiss Cafe in the noon hour. Afternoons / evenings, it's local radio legend Mike Dow.
WKSQ used to carry Maine Black Bears football and men's hockey, sharing flagship status of the Black Bear Sports Network with WAEI. Previous morning show included Mike & Mike in the Morning (featuring Mike Dow and Mike Elliot), and previous evening programming included Intelligence for Your Life with John Tesh.
