Owned by Nexstar Media Group, the station maintains studios on North 6th Street in Harrisburg (although with a Hoffman Street address). Through a channel sharing agreement with Red Lion–licensed religious independent station WLYH (channel 49), the two stations transmit using WHTM-TV's spectrum from an antenna on a ridge north of I-81 along the Cumberland–Perry county line.
