Volodymyr Oskilko
Volodymyr Panteleimonovych Oskilko (Ukrainian: Володимир Пантелеймонович Оскілко; 1892? – 19 June 1926) was a Ukrainian military activist and administrator. He became famous for the "Oskilko Affair" (see below).
