Vladimir Chepets
Vladimir Chepets (Russian: Владимир Юрьевич Чепец) is a Russian railwayman and government official who has served in various positions in the Russian Railway sector. Since 2017 he is the head of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport subordinated to the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
