Vitaly Mutko

Vitaly Leontiyevich Mutko (Russian: Виталий Леонтьевич Мутко; born Viktor Leontiyevich Mutko; 8 December 1958) is a Russian politician who served as the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia from 2016 to 2020.
