Vitaliy Shubin
Vitaliy Mykolayovych Shubin (Ukrainian: Віталій Миколайович Шубін; born 1982) is a Ukrainian lawyer and civil servant. On 10 March 2020, he was appointed as the Acting Minister of Energy and Environmental Protection.
