Vexillography

Vexillography (/ˌvɛksɪˈlɒɡrəfi/ VEK-sil-OG-rə-fee) is the art and practice of designing flags; a person who designs flags is a vexillographer. Vexillography is allied with vexillology, the scholarly study of flags, but is not synonymous with that discipline.
