Vasily Shulgin
Vasily Vitalyevich Shulgin (Russian: Васи́лий Вита́льевич Шульги́н; Ukrainian: Василь Віталійович Шульгін; 13 January 1878 – 15 February 1976), also known as Basil Shulgin, was a Russian conservative politician, monarchist and member of the White movement.
