Vasily Orlov
Vasily Aleksandrovich Orlov (Russian: Василий Александрович Орлов; born on 14 April 1975) is a Russian politician serving as Governor of Amur Oblast since 27 September 2018; previously he served as the acting governor from 30 May 2018 until his election.
