Valery Flyustikov

Major General Valery Ivanovich Flyustikov (Russian: Валерий Иванович Флюстиков) is a Russian military officer. Since 2018, he has served as the commander of the Russian Special Operations Forces replacing Aleksandr Matovnikov.
