Vagif Aliyev
Vagif Aliyev Gadir oghlu (Azerbaijani: Əliyev Vaqif Qadir oğlu) (born June 17, 1953) is an Azerbaijani politician and the First Deputy minister of the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan Republic.
