Tutta Larsen (Russian: Тутта Лаpсeн; born 5 July 1974 in the village of Khanzhenkovo-Severny, Makiivka, Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, USSR), born Tatyana Anatolyevna Romanenko (Russian: Татьяна Анатoльeвна Poманeнкo) is a VJ and TV presenter.

She worked at the MTV Russia (1998 and 2008), Stolitsa FM, Channel Mother and Child and is the founder and leader of TUTTA.TV.
