Tsutomu Takebe
Tsutomu Takebe (武部 勤, Takebe Tsutomu, born May 1, 1941 in Shari, Hokkaidō) was secretary general of Japan's Liberal Democratic Party from 2004 to 2006. He was succeeded by Hidenao Nakagawa.
