Tricolor hat

The tricolor hat (Spanish: Gorra tricolor) is a cap popularized in Venezuela by opposition presidential candidate Henrique Capriles Radonsky. Its design replicates the yellow, blue and red colors and stars shown on the Venezuelan flag.
